Bio

Lori Foster, Ph.D., is Professor of Industrial and Organizational Psychology at North Carolina State University and Honorary Professor at the University of Cape Town. She leads the 4D Lab, studying the intersection of work, technology and sustainable development. Her research has appeared in leading journals, including the Journal of Applied Psychology. She has advised the United Nations, OECD and national governments, served on the White House Social and Behavioral Sciences Team, and is a Fellow of APA, APS and SIOP.
